We recently encountered quite a serious problem with the pipework for our heat pump, which was the result of shoddy workmanship from a trader no longer in business.The team from Albany heat pumps turned up on the day as promised and were more than happy to work in with me, to the extent of having to cut a hole in a wall to identify the fault.
The unit was repaired in a timely manner, and it was evident, these guys knew what they were doing. I believe they saved me a lot of grief and money as well.Since that time, the unit inside the house developed a clicking sound. This was audio recorded, sent to the team, and subsequently diagnosed and repaired under warranty. I would highly recommend Albany Heat Pumps to anyone who wants a competitively priced product or service, which in our view, will be carried out with professionalism and respect

I just thought I’d follow up with you regarding the installation. I was very impressed that after the 4 day weekend the installers where here not just on time but EARLY!
