Great service from the team at Albany Heat Pumps. Enquired online about installing two heat pumps and had someone onsite within a couple of days to run through the options. The install was booked in quickly and the whole process was easy. Friendly, professional team who did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. Price was very competitive too.

Another happy repeat customer here. I highly recommend Albany Heat Pumps if you need a heat pump installed, from my first call to the installation was only a few weeks, the team were excellent -efficient, polite, helpful and careful with our home. They installed a lovely quiet Mitsubishi heat pump in our bedroom and it has already made such a difference - thanks team

After a shocking experience with Wilson Plumbing on the North Shore, these guys were a breath of fresh air. True professionals, not thieves galavanting in a knight's clothing. Excellent work, done to schedule, and an excellent price. No surprises here. If you need a heat pump and you're on the NS, don't hesitate.

We had 3 heat pumps installed to replace our gas heaters and they are amazing. Definitely life changing having these installed, and most importantly, it's warm and dry! Looking forward to using them in summer to cool things down as our house gets to over 40 degrees upstairs. The team were quick, efficient and communicated really well.
