Minna Liu2023-09-14Taiko has resolved our historical issue with the Multi-unit Mitsubishi heat pump. We previously hired another company from the Shore, but they didn't even open the outdoor unit to check; instead, they insisted that the capacity wasn't sufficient and that the unit needed to be replaced. Obviously, that wasn't correct. After visiting the home show last weekend and leaving our contact details, Taiko called the very next day and came over the day after. This was very efficient. Taiko not only listened but also thoroughly inspected everything. More importantly, he knew where to check and attempted a few ideas that actually fixed the issue. This saved us from having to replace the machine. We are impressed with his knowledge and experience and wholeheartedly recommend Taiko.
