We initially were referred to another installer in Auckland but was disappointed after 2 months they couldn’t do the install. We were than referred to Albany Heat pumps. A quick call and they gave us an appointment with 48 hours. Inspected and quoted same day. We confirmed the works and they installed with a few days. Responsive and quick with good advise. Taiko has resolved our historical issue with the Multi-unit Mitsubishi heat pump. We previously hired another company from the Shore, but they didn't even open the outdoor unit to check; instead, they insisted that the capacity wasn't sufficient and that the unit needed to be replaced. Obviously, that wasn't correct. After visiting the home show last weekend and leaving our contact details, Taiko called the very next day and came over the day after. This was very efficient. Taiko not only listened but also thoroughly inspected everything. More importantly, he knew where to check and attempted a few ideas that actually fixed the issue. This is the second time I used them, The team at Albany Heat Pumps did a superb job each time! First time it was a service due to some funny noises from the unit, Taiko was quickly and professionally found and fixed the problem. This time installed two heat pumps, Matt discussed with me to find the best way of installation,  everything has worked out so well. This is the second unit I have had installed by Albany Heat Pumps and once again I am extremely impressed. The service Taiko and the the team offer is fantastic. The install of our new ducted system is impeccable and our home was left clean and tidy once complete. I received a full run down of the system operation and I am very happy with how quiet and effective it is. I added some last minute additional options to the install and nothing was a problem with the team meeting all of my requirements.
